Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Buildforyou (hereinafter "Service Provider"), including renovation, repair, and consultation services for residential properties in Germany.

2. Service Description

Buildforyou provides specialized renovation and repair services including historic building restoration, timber restoration, and property renovation. Services are provided based on individual agreements and project specifications.

3. Quotations and Contracts

Quotations are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Contracts become effective upon written confirmation by both parties. All work is performed according to agreed specifications and German construction standards (DIN, VOB).

5. Liability and Warranty

Buildforyou warrants workmanship for 24 months from project completion in accordance with industry standards. Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct by Buildforyou personnel.

6. Intellectual Property

All project designs, plans, and documentation remain the property of Buildforyou unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, pricing, and proprietary information shared during the service relationship.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected during business operations is processed according to GDPR regulations. Data is used solely for project execution and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing projects with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work completed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes and Updates

Buildforyou reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website.
